8+ years expeTeam is seeking a Design Operations Manager to enhance their Experience Design organization. This role focuses on driving cross-functional strategic initiatives and organizational transformation efforts within Design Operations.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that advance design maturity, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide priorities (e.g., brand evolution rollouts, internal event planning, and management of established design programs)
Partner with senior design leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, success criteria, and timelines for strategic programs
Develop and maintain detailed project plans; track progress and risks; and deliver executive-ready status reports for strategic initiatives
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of strategic outcomes
Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, compliance, and reporting standards for strategic projects
Manage design tool governance and coordinate with vendors as needed (including performance issues, enhancements, and support)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project or program management experience, with demonstrated expertise in design operations
Strong leadership capabilities with proven success managing up and across organizations
Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and design systems
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat, etc.)
Experience using design industry tools such as Figma and Mural
