Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy complex data workflows and software components using Alteryx, ensuring scalability, reusability, and adherence to coding best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architects, business analysts, and data specialists—to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop and optimize process flows, data pipelines, and service components across various systems and databases
Assess architectural impacts of new business requirements and recommend efficient design solutions
Create and maintain detailed technical design and process documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and automation
Work within Agile teams to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions that meet project timelines and business needs
Support production systems through issue triage, incident management, and application upgrades when required
Contribute to improving development standards, code quality, and best practices across the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
4–6 years of experience in software or data engineering, with a focus on ETL tools, particularly Alteryx Designer and Server
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database platforms such as Teradata or Snowflake
Solid understanding of software design principles, data automation, and integration techniques
Familiarity with Agile practices and collaborative development environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Preferred
Exposure to data visualization tools or BI platforms is an advantage
