Responsibilities

Lead proactive sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional passive talent for Stoke’s most critical engineering and leadership roles
Develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced tools to build out talent pipelines
Collaborate closely with hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements, market trends, and deliver actionable talent insights
Craft compelling, personalized outreach that resonates with technical audiences and drives high candidate engagement
Maintain accurate pipeline data and performance insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies and elevate recruiting effectiveness
Strong partnership and collaboration with the recruiting team through close communication and seamless hand offs

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience sourcing for electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineers, and/or software engineers
Skilled in identifying talent through various channels and creative sourcing techniques
Proven track record in solving complex challenges and achieving consistent results
Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Ability to work onsite at our Kent, WA location

Preferred

Experience with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred
