Responsibilities
Create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings. Prior experience with Jobvite helpful
Execute recruiting strategies for open positions utilizing best practices
Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)
Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering manager and candidate requests, questions and proactively finding solutions
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience of attracting top talent
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings
Execute recruiting strategies for open positions utilizing best practices
Assist as needed with the pre-employment candidate screenings (background, drug testing, driving records...)

Ability to travel to company locations periodically to assist with building relationships, approximately 25%
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
