Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of our machine learning based Ad-Tech products, driving for speedy and outstanding execution
Lead by example and define best practices for robust and efficient machine learning service development that includes data processing, feature engineering, model development, model deployment, and in-production support, etc
Collaborate with a cross functional team of data scientists, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders to cost-effectively deliver AI services with quality, efficiency, and security
Contribute to the data science roadmap and priorities
Develop cutting edge data science models and algorithms to drive strategic investment decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years working as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
Strong expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models (especially reinforcement learning models) in production
Solid understanding of underlying mathematical foundation of machine learning models
Proficiency in Python
Strong SQL skills
Familiarity with version control and peer code review systems
Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and approaches
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats across the data science team, based on the needs of the business
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred)
Experience with cloud computing services or platform (GCP preferred)
