Responsibilities
Own systems for visibility and accountability, ensuring the company can move fast without losing control of spend, performance, or execution
Build and scale core operational systems that enable disciplined growth, from improving cost efficiency to upleveling our people strategy to building the infrastructure for future investments
Work directly with the executive team on other high-impact special projects that drive near-term operational excellence and long-term growth
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in startup operations, management consulting, or operational finance — ideally with exposure to defense, national security, or dual-use technology
Creative problem-solving skills paired with humility, grit, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
High-ownership, analytical, and motivated operator, with a track record of driving impact that scales
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and executives
Preferred
East Coast location preferred (role is remote-first)
