The Client Partner is responsible for maximizing revenue growth within existing client accounts by developing relationships, expanding services, and identifying new opportunities across business units.

Responsibilities
Generating new business opportunities within existing client relationships
Develop and execute account sales strategies tailored to client needs
Lead organizational mapping to deepen understanding of client structure, decision-makers, and influencers
Conduct account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking performance of account health
Represent and bring visibility to global opportunities across the organization
Identification and pursuit of opportunities across Talent, Teams, and Project solutions
Own the client relationship, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership
Regularly conducts client meetings with existing and new contacts, both strategic and tactical to maintain alignment and build rapport
Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting to ensure seamless delivery
Resolve delivery issues and escalate strategic matters as needed
Ensures delivery teams are aligned with client expectations and that service quality remains high
Qualification
Required
10+ years professional experience, with at least 5 years in account management or sales in staffing & professional services industry
Experience managing and expanding revenue within Fortune 500 enterprise accounts
Must have experience selling Statement of Work (SOW) solutions
Experience working within formal contingent workforce programs
