Maintaining the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies
Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis
Communicate advanced technical information with a variety of individuals of varying technical knowledge
Contribute to strong inter and intra-team development
Demonstrate strong analytical skills
Demonstrate problem solving ability
Qualification
Required
12-hour shifts - 3 Days/4 Days alternating weeks schedule
Ability to maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies
Ability to quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis
Solid understanding of computers, servers, network devices, and command line diagnostics
Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical information with a variety of individuals of varying technical knowledge
Good situational awareness
Capability to contribute to strong inter and intra-team development
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Hardware troubleshooting, break / fix experience
