Responsibilities

Collaborate with functional units to analyze business objectives and directions, facilitates business requirements definition, and recommends business processes / technical solutions that provide the best return on investment to the organization
Evaluate, develop, and assist in the implementation of solutions. Providing consulting services to technical and functional staff on business/system related issues
Act as a primary relationship owner with a particular department/client group
Function as technical lead when assigned. Is able to work with minimal supervision and is proficient across multiple technologies
Mentor junior staff
Lead process reengineering, process design and implementation efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field, OR equivalent experience
At least 3 years of professional experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Specialized understanding of OnBase or similar platform, project management, application development/configuration, databases, and integrations
Has excellent problem solving skills with the ability to look at a problem from multiple perspectives to get the best solution
Strong customer facing skills
Ability to work in the United States, now or in the future, without visa sponsorship

Preferred

System administration skills with exposure to server operating systems, networking, and security is a plus
Knowledge of the concepts and methods of architectural design, development and integration of data and applications
Understanding of structured and object-oriented programming and various programming languages OR knowledge of relational databases, modeling, normalization of data and integration
