Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for current clients via phone and email, delivering a high level of service and professionalism
Make outbound and receive inbound phone calls to assist with client requests, follow-ups, and time-sensitive matters
Accurately process and follow up on client service requests related to accounts, paperwork, and general inquiries
Track, manage, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely completion and resolution
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions in CRM and internal systems
Coordinate closely with advisors and internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Proactively identify client needs and escalate issues when appropriate
Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Assist with operational and administrative tasks to support advisors and office workflow
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably within financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management
Strong understanding of client service best practices in a regulated environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails with accuracy and professionalism
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with CRM systems, email platforms, and standard office software
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
