Leadership Pipeline Administrator - MidAmerica District
The Christian and Missionary Alliance is a family of Christ-followers seeking to evangelize and disciple millions. The Leadership Pipeline Administrator will support the District in developing and deploying leaders for the established church and global missions through various administrative and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities
Connecting with current leaders and new leaders across the District to engage people in the leadership pipeline, helping them intentionally develop
Tracking emerging leaders in their developmental process – including building and operating tracking systems for 200+ people
Organize and maintain the CC (Credential Council) from an administrative level – to include coordinating meetings, interviews, schedules, reporting, etc
Engage in licensing, ordination, and consecration interviews as needed
Help coordinate and administer pastoral placement procedures around the district
Serve as a liaison with the National Office regarding leaders across the district
Maintain personnel database and files
Care for phone calls, visitors to the office, appointments, etc
Handle various other administrative needs for the MidAmerica District team
Help host conferences, retreats, training events, and office gatherings
Share general office responsibilities with the rest of the staff
Qualification
Required
Christ-follower in confession and lifestyle
Practices regular rhythms of pursuing intimacy with God
Striving to walk in full surrender to the Holy Spirit
Possesses a clear sense that God is leading him/her into this particular ministry
Teachable spirit – willingness to be led, instructed, and corrected
Stable, healthy, growing marriage and family life (if applicable)
Takes initiative and proactively engages in the work of the District office
Embraces the vision and pursuits of the MidAmerica District Leadership Teams
Works hard, is disciplined, and strives for excellence in serving the Lord
Highly organized and very attentive to details
Friendly, considerate, and able to carry polite, intentional conversation
Able and willing to hold matters in confidence
Good computer and media skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office; web-based applications (Breeze, etc.); ability to create different types of documents
