Responsibilities
Assist with research on personality traits, behavior change, and neuroplasticity
Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns and insights
Help summarize scientific research for platform content and user guidance
Support development of assessments, exercises, and experiments
Collaborate with the team to test and improve product features
Qualification
Required
Curious about human behavior, personality, and personal growth
Interested in research, data, and translating insights into action
Comfortable with digital tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, or similar)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred
