Responsibilities

Review commercial finance processes, procedures, and transactions to ensure they comply with both internal and external standards

Perform quality assurance tests and reviews of credit risk and performance data, documentation, commercial finance processes and reporting to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

Analyze data and generate detailed reports that highlight trends, findings, and recommendations for process enhancement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the root causes of issues, recommend solutions, and assist in implementing corrective actions

Evaluate documents, including reports, contracts, and agreements, for accuracy and adherence to company policies and industry regulations

Provide recommendations for process improvements based on findings, data analysis, and industry best practices

Ensure all commercial finance activities align with relevant regulatory and organizational standards, including financial reporting and data privacy laws

Assist in training team members or other staff on quality assurance processes and best practices

Identify potential risks to business operations and work with teams to develop strategies to mitigate these risks

Other duties as assigned
