Responsibilities
Representing employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration
Litigating class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases
Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
Advising, counseling, and training employers on a wide variety of employment and labor law issues
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record
Admission to Missouri bar in good standing
3-5 years of experience dedicated to employment
Ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients
Demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong decision-making, project management, time management, and organization skills
Outstanding judgment and commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and collegiality
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects
Ability to develop and implement legal strategies
Preferred
Admission to other state bars is a plus but not required
