Program Manager

Responsibilities

Provide high-level direction and strategic management for the contract, aligning contractor activities with government mission objectives and requirements
Oversee all contractor staff, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and professional development to ensure a high-performing team
Ensure all functions defined in the Statement of Work are successfully executed on time and within budget; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
Manage the complexities of a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring continuous coverage and rapid response to emerging mission requirements
Serve as the primary interface between the contractor and government technical representatives, providing regular status reports and attending executive-level briefings
Facilitate effective communication and project coordination across various agencies within the Intelligence Community (IC)

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or a related technical field, Master's preferred
PMP Certification or equivalent government program management certification is highly desired
Active TS/SCI with Poly required to be considered
15+ years of experience
Minimum of five (5) years of Program Management experience leading projects of similar size, scope, and complexity
Minimum of five (5) years of experience directly supporting 24/7 operations environments, demonstrating the ability to manage shift-based missions
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working within the Intelligence Community
Proven track record of relevant experience working with various IC organizations and understanding their unique operational requirements
