Project Manager II
Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager II for a Contract with a client in Culver City, CA. This role requires proven experience managing internal tools or enterprise software from concept to launch, with strong UX and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of internal tools, from gathering requirements to launch, ensuring features are scalable and user-friendly
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to align product features with business goals
Coordinate sprint planning and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery
Communicate product updates and changes clearly to end users and internal teams
Analyze user needs and feedback to continuously improve tool functionality and user experience
Support change management and adoption efforts, ensuring smooth rollouts and user engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or project management, preferably with internal tools or enterprise software
Proven ability to manage product lifecycles, including requirement gathering, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing
Strong understanding of UX design and technical concepts such as system integration and software development
