Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Engineering, and Product to deeply understand and optimize our search and discovery efforts
Assist with prioritizing and identifying issues and opportunities to help better connect buyers with the resources they are looking for
Partner with engineering and digital marketing specialists to develop and maintain best practices across the website
Partner with Design to create simple, elegant and organized solutions that boost search engine optimization and discovery
Manage, monitor, and execute a strategic plan that aligns with the company’s goals and metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field
3+ years of product management experience
Experience working collaboratively with Engineering, Design, and QA
Extremely strong analytical skills - able to provide high quality, efficient, creative solutions to complex problems
Knowledge of how websites are built and designed, with exposure to HTML and CSS
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and quickly adapt to changes in the digital ads industry and company priorities
Passion for improving education through technology
Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a learning mindset
Preferred
Industry knowledge is a plus: Familiarity or previous work experience with education, ecommerce and/or marketplace systems
