Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects, with a master-level focus on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (Stormwater Management)
Act as the primary liaison with North Texas municipal agencies to secure permits and ensure 100% compliance with local, state (TCEQ), and federal standards
Direct and develop a team of E.I.T.s and Designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth
Manage multi-million dollar project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitable and "right-first-time" delivery for our clients
Qualification
Required
Active Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is mandatory
8–12+ years in US-based civil site development or infrastructure engineering
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Stormwater Modeling software
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Preferred
M.S. in Civil Engineering
Exceptional client-facing communication and a proven track record of managing cross-functional project teams
