Responsibilities

Overseeing environmental site assessments (Phase I and II ESAs)
Facility investigations
Other hazardous waste site investigations
Technical report writing
Mentoring of future leaders
Establishing project objectives, procedures and performance standards
Training multi-disciplinary teams on site reconnaissance
Management of projects and budgets
Proposal writing and pricing strategies
Related marketing efforts needed to develop winning proposals
Maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, regulatory approval agencies, and industry professionals

Required

8+ years' experience performing most or all of the tasks listed in the job description
At least 5 years of managing and/or coordinating project budgets and staff
Solid base writing skills
Attention to detail
Effective inter-communication skills
Familiarity with Phase I (ASTM E1527-21)
Familiarity with Phase II (ASTM E1903)
Ability to work independently when required
Collaboration and mentoring of technical staff on reports and field assignments
Preparation of technical report deliverables
Mentor and provide direct, hands-on assistance when teaching verbal and written skills to project and staff environmental professionals
