Responsibilities

Provide strategic counsel and operational support to the stand-alone Transmission leadership team

Monitor, track, and sequence processes, procedures, and communications of within team

Facilitate governance processes and frameworks utilized in process and continuous improvement initiatives

Lead cross-functional projects to completion with clear accountability

Utilize and gather data from multiple sources to produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations

Track progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field

10+ years of experience in finance, rates & regulatory strategy, or operations

Proven experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Strategic thinking: Ability to align operational, regulatory and financial priorities with organizational goals
