Responsibilities
Prospect and engage new enterprise accounts through strategic outbound efforts
Research accounts and tailor outreach to specific industries, roles and business challenges
Execute outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn to generate high-quality conversations
Connect with C Suite leaders across CX, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM tools
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Test, learn and improve outreach approaches over time
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in an outbound BDR/SDR or similar role
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
Comfortable with persistence, hunting, rejection, and self-directed work
Organized, self-motivated, curious, and motivated to improve continuously
Interest in customer experience, research, professional services and sports
You're outgoing, hungry and enjoy winning
Preferred
Experience selling into enterprise accounts
Background in CX, research, consulting, sports or services-based sales
Ability to write clear, relevant outreach that stands without gimmicks
