InternInnovative-IDM is offering an internship opportunity in their Panel Shop for students to gain hands-on experience in panel manufacturing. Interns will assist in assembling panels, learn to operate tools, and understand quality control while working alongside experienced technicians.

Responsibilities
Assist in assembling panels according to specifications and safety standards
Learn to operate basic tools and equipment used in panel assembly
Prepare materials and components for assembly
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols
Observe and learn from experienced technicians about assembly processes and quality control
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college program related to engineering, manufacturing, or a similar field
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and eager to develop new skills
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25–30 pounds as part of assembly tasks
