Territory Sales Manager – Fitness Equipment
Crawford Thomas Recruiting is representing a client with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing fitness equipment. They are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to focus on building new business relationships in the Greater Jersey City area, primarily targeting luxury hotels and wellness-driven real estate groups.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions
Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
Increase customer satisfaction
Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits inline with company sales code
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years' sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
Solid experience with CRM software
Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
Result-driven approach
Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
