Responsibilities

8-10+ years of mechanical design engineering experience in industries such as: Power electronics, Energy / Battery Charging, Electronics, Electric Vehicles (EV)

2-3+ years of direct management experience (you will lead a team of 5 senior engineers)

Demonstrated ability to lead engineering efforts while remaining hands‑on when needed

Expertise in electronic packaging, including 3D modeling of assemblies and cable harnesses

Experience in thermal and dynamic simulation tools

Proficiency with SolidWorks, Pro-E/Creo, and AutoCAD

Strong project management and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
