Systems Sales Consultant
Pavion is a leader in providing innovative fire, security, and communication integration solutions. They are seeking a talented Systems Sales Consultant to manage a sales territory, focusing on selling AFA products and services while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive sales of test and inspection services, monitoring contracts, and other offerings within the assigned territory
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Territory Management
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to secure renewals and expand services
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, proposals, and contract negotiations
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients
Contract & Proposal Management
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely proposals and pricing for services
Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies and profitability guidelines
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with operations, service, and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of contracts
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to leadership
Market Intelligence
Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends
Provide feedback to leadership on market conditions, customer needs, and service improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in fire/life safety, security, or related service industries
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling service contracts, inspections, and/or monitoring agreements highly preferred
Strong prospecting and business development skills with the ability to generate and close new business
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative
Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset
Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
Ability to pass background checks and other security requirements as needed for customer sites
