Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests according to section and provide them with menus
Communicate effectively with guests and answer questions concerning menu items, specials, and beverages
Assist in many functions of the dining room, including but not limited to, table clearing and setting, order taking, food delivery, and preparing basic prep items such as tea, salad dressings, milkshakes, smoothies, etc
Answer the telephone and respond to customer inquiries
Answer questions related to the billing process
Qualification
Required
Professional, team-oriented individual
Ability to handle high volume
Ability to effectively multi-task
Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
Preferred
Prior host experience
