Handle complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage discovery/e-discovery
Take and defend depositions; assist with hearings, mediations, and trials
Manage arbitrations (AAA, JAMS) and other dispute resolution proceedings
Support TROs, injunctions, and emergency relief matters
Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy
Qualification
Required
3–4+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience managing complex cases and large-scale discovery
Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Texas bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
Preferred
Complex breach of contract and business tort litigation
Trade secrets, non-compete, and non-solicitation disputes
Shareholder, partnership, fiduciary duty, and corporate governance disputes
