Responsibilities
Create and post new job requisitions in the ATS (Greenhouse) and internal systems
Manage and maintain job descriptions, templates, and approvals to ensure data accuracy
Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics between hiring teams and applicants
Support pre-employment and onboarding processes, including background checks, document collection, and system setup
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to monitor hiring progress and report on key metrics
Maintain organized candidate records and hiring documentation across multiple systems
Provide operational and administrative support for the FIFA World Cup™ hiring project and other large-scale events
Identify and recommend process improvements that streamline communication and reduce time to fill
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable managing data, reporting, and documentation in spreadsheets or HR systems
Enthusiasm for learning and supporting dynamic, people-focused processes
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
Flexibility and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Anticipated travel level: Low (0–15%)
Preferred
Prior experience supporting high-volume or event-based hiring strongly preferred
Experience using Greenhouse ATS or Workday HCM is strongly preferred
