Entry, Mid LevelIndotronix International Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to provide comprehensive cost management and project control support across engineering and construction initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective collaboration with project teams throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to facilitate cost control and meet accounting requirements for asset creation and project closeout
Provide cost management guidance to Engineering Cost Associates, including invoice coding, validation against vendor backup, and compliance with project task codes
Prepare and deliver monthly cost tool reports (PCMR), financial statements, and comparative capital cost estimates
Document and process project change orders in a timely manner, while reviewing weekly project reports to provide insights to the Project Controls Supervisor
Collaborate with Project Managers to build monthly forecasts and determine project spend
Analyze monthly data to provide technical project controls support, working closely with planners/schedulers
Conduct variance spend analysis for review by Senior and Project Management
Partner with field cost analysts (if assigned) to prepare and manage construction cost reporting
Work closely with the PMO during project health checks and support auditors during project audits
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive cost management and project control support experience
Experience in developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Guidance experience in cost management for Engineering Cost Associates
Ability to prepare and deliver monthly cost tool reports (PCMR) and financial statements
Experience in documenting and processing project change orders
Collaboration experience with Project Managers for monthly forecasts
Data analysis experience for technical project controls support
Conducting variance spend analysis for review by Senior and Project Management
Experience in partnering with field cost analysts for construction cost reporting
Collaboration with PMO during project health checks and support during audits
