In this position, you will assist customers and field employees with truck and trailer sales, while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Answer customer and field employee calls from Fleet Sales calling queue
Assist customers in finding trucks, trailers and tow dollies
Assist field employees in negotiating and selling trucks, trailers and tow dollies
Provide tax and DMV fees for truck, trailer and tow dolly sales
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
1-2 years customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail, both visual and mental
Able to work at a desk for an extended period of time
Able to work as early as 4 am or as late as 6 pm
Able to work rotating holidays and weekends
Preferred
Retail/automotive sales is a plus
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Inbound/outbound calls is a plus
Bi-lingual preferred but not necessary
