Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven Furniture Account Executive to manage and grow customer accounts through lead generation and relationship-based sales. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, maintaining accurate CRM records, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting

Manage existing customer accounts and develop long‑term client relationships

Conduct sales calls, emails, and in‑person meetings with prospective customers

Present furniture solutions, pricing, and proposals to meet client needs

Prepare and distribute quotes and sales proposals

Use CRM software to track leads, accounts, and sales activity

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally

Collaborate with internal sales teams to drive revenue growth

Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions

Required

Negotiation, problem‑solving, and closing skills

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and goal oriented
