Project Manager / Business Analyst
Stellantis is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and support strategic technology initiatives within their automotive organization. This role combines project leadership with business analysis expertise to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation in the Parts and Service Organization.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross functional business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, or digital enablement
Develop process models, data flow diagrams, and use cases to support solution design
Map current and future-state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user story sessions to elicit and validate requirements
Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices
Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, Risks and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Ensure compliance with internal policies, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies or Waterfall stage-gate reviews, depending on project methodology
Monitor and provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations
Support solution design, testing, deployment, and change management activities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across teams
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive or manufacturing industry
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification required
Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, including ERP, MES, PLM, or connected vehicle platforms
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with IT security standards and practices of cybersecurity in automotive IT environments
Experience managing software development projects using Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies
Ability to manage global teams and vendors across multiple time zones
Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar for project reporting and data visualization
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow or Similar platforms
