Responsibilities
Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements
Mentor and share technical knowledge and guidance with the team
Review work of the development team and provide best practice recommendations
Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate and enforce coding standards
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations
Experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and Architecture level configurations
Certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD, WSD, S2P, and ITIL V3 foundation
Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and ServiceNow HAM SAM Pro features and functions
Preferred
Experience with Java Scripting and hands-on design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform
Experience in leading end-to-end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P, and CMDB
Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation, and Migration Experience
