Principal Agilist
InnoVet Health, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is looking for a Principal Agilist. The Principal Agilist serves as the senior authority and strategic leader for enterprise Agile transformation, providing expert guidance and leadership to drive scalable Agile practices across complex IT and business environments.

Responsibilities
Lead and govern all SAFe® transformation activities across OCI, ensuring consistent, sustainable, and scalable Agile adoption
Serve as the enterprise authority on Agile and Lean-Agile frameworks, with deep specialization in SAFe®
Design, execute, and continuously refine enterprise-wide Agile transformation strategies aligned to business and IT objectives
Provide expert consultation and hands-on leadership for large-scale Agile implementations, including but not limited to SAFe®
Coach and mentor executive leadership, senior managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Management, and Agile teams on Lean-Agile principles, roles, and best practices
Assess organizational Agile maturity and develop actionable roadmaps to advance enterprise agility
Establish Agile governance, metrics, and continuous improvement practices to ensure long-term transformation success
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across technology, business, and operations functions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 20 years of experience developing IT solutions within large, complex enterprise environments
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading SAFe transformations in large organizations
Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) in good standing
Demonstrated superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in adopting Agile practices at the enterprise level
Proven experience providing expert consultation for large-scale Agile implementations, including but not limited to SAFe
Preferred
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leadership
Deep understanding of enterprise IT delivery, governance, and organizational change management
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Ability to operate independently in highly visible, client-facing roles
Experience working on a VA contract is preferred
