Responsibilities

Manages workload distribution, work activities, productivity, procedural and process compliance to ensure efficiency

Assigns volunteers to jobs within the organization where help is needed and volunteers' skills are utilized

Ensures team assignment of volunteers is adequate to supplement patient care services and distribute the workload efficiently

Develops, reviews, revises, and implements processes, policies, and procedures for Volunteer Services to improve productivity, workflow, and efficiency

Assists with the analysis and preparation of departmental reports and statistics
