Responsibilities

Lead and scale federal civilian portfolio operations from small-to-mid-level environments to enterprise delivery platforms
Drive business development and stakeholder engagement across DOT and federal civilian agencies
Manage P&L responsibilities and deliver measurable revenue growth
Build and develop high-performing teams with strong employee engagement
Provide strategic direction while maintaining 20-30% billable client involvement during the first 1-2 years
Interface regularly with clients in the DC area

Required

10+ years in federal markets with progressive leadership responsibility

Experience transforming organizational capabilities and scaling operations
U.S. Citizen required
Active government clearance (minimum Public Trust+)
