The US Early Careers Recruiting Specialist will partner with hiring managers, manage recruiting events, and improve the recruiting process to attract university students.

Responsibilities

Partner to coach our campus and conference recruiting ambassadors and program hiring managers on how to find the right early career talent to bring into GE Aerospace; this includes contemporary event strategy, strong relationship management, and effective campaigning and sourcing techniques
Event planning, management, and execution for targeted niche-events, signature GE Aerospace recruitment events, and national diversity conferences
Optimizing and leading the wing-to-wing external recruitment, and intern conversion, operations; and implementing efficient, standard work in as many instances as possible
Leading recruiting initiatives to meet hiring plan goals through focused action-planning and candidate sourcing techniques
Skilled point-of-contact for recruitment process and tools (includes Workday, Phenom, HireVue, Handshake/Symplicity, Tableau, and GE’s People Operations team)

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
3+ years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or HR
Up to 20% travel throughout the year to participate in, and lead, recruiting events
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
