Responsibilities
Collaborate with Creative Account Managers to create adaptive layouts for entertainment and consumer brand clients
Provide production support to assigned accounts by reviewing comp files, creating templates, and building production mechanicals for final delivery
Comfortable producing deliverables for both print and digital
Partnering with creative account managers to ensure projects meet client expectations as efficiently as possible
Have a clear understanding of how projects move through all phases of the production process
Mentoring and training new hires and junior team members
A team player willing to assist with specific tasks outside of daily responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university a plus but not required
5-8 years of relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to take direction
Technically strong understanding of design tools and techniques
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Creative, passionate, flexible and a self-starter
Comfortable working within a deadline driven environment
Preferred
Proficient in all necessary design applications including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
