As a Member Service Representative Team Lead, you will support and guide member service representatives while working closely with the Branch Manager to create a positive work environment focused on exceptional member experiences.

Work closely with our Branch Manager to create a positive, productive work environment
Deliver exceptional member experiences

Qualification

Required

A passion for helping others and a desire to grow with our organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (we'll teach you the rest!)
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (banking experience a plus, but not required)
Experience in a leadership role
A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in your work
Requirements include up to 3 years of similar or related experience
Amazing service and communication skills
The ability and desire to serve as a leader
Capacity to learn and utilize our core banking system and related platforms
A high degree of accuracy and confidentiality is key to the role
Previous experience in coaching/mentoring capacity of other employees
