Manage a generalist book of small to middle market commercial accounts
Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met
Educate clients on their coverages and risks
Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data
Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team, while also managing a steady stream of your own day-to-day tasks
Qualification
Required
Current CA Property and Casualty license
3+ years Commercial Lines experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC)
Understanding of Independent Agency system and familiarity with Commercial Lines operations
High School Diploma
