They are seeking an Independent Branch Client Service Specialist to build strong relationships with clients, provide outstanding customer service, and manage client onboarding and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
Greeting clients and prospects with warm enthusiasm when they call or visit the branch, ensuring they feel welcomed and appreciated
Maintain accurate and complete client information in the database/CRM (Sales Force)
Manage marketing activities with the team to help drive client acquisition and deepen relationships, including but not limited to seminars and events
Receive checks, security deposits, and process new accounts
Complete client onboarding
Schedule client consultations and assist sales staff
Deliver outstanding customer service for all client needs
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
Demonstrated experience handling client needs with tact and diplomacy
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously
Ability to build and maintain good cross-working relationships with our team members and partners
Preferred
While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, we will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
1 year of Client/Customer Service experience preferred
An understanding and experience in working with Sales Force (CRM) would be preferred
