Responsibilities
Assisting with assembling, disassembling, loading, and unloading heavy transport equipment
Supporting the operation of modular trailers and transport vehicles
Gaining hands-on experience with rigging, lashing, and hydraulic systems
Reading and understanding transport plans and work orders
Performing basic inspections and safety checks on equipment
Learning to build trailers and support gear with hand tools
Traveling with the crew to support on-site heavy haul projects
Prioritizing safety and precision every step of the way
Qualification
Required
A strong work ethic and a serious interest in heavy transport and logistics
Willingness to learn — both in the field and in formal training sessions
Mechanical curiosity and hands-on problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
Good communication and a team-first attitude
English proficiency (verbal and written)
A valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
Preferred
Any experience in construction, logistics, or mechanical trades
