Contract AI Solution Architect
Pramata is leading the way in enterprise-grade contract AI, and they are seeking a dynamic and skilled Solution Architect to join their Customer Success team. This role involves driving customer value realization and designing transformative AI solutions to address C-level problems, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing value delivery of their Contract AI platform.

Responsibilities
Solution Evolution: Continuously assess customer needs and business challenges post-implementation, designing evolutionary improvements to their Contract AI solutions. Write effective documentation and clearly communicate optimization opportunities both internally and to customer stakeholders
Hands-on Customer Workshops: Design and facilitate interactive workshops (on-site and virtual) where customers work directly with the platform to solve real business challenges. Lead working sessions that combine training, solution design, and immediate value creation. Guide cross-functional teams through exercises that demonstrate AI capabilities while building their confidence and expertise
AI Agent Design & Optimization: Design, build, and optimize AI agents for customer environments. Configure advanced prompt engineering solutions, train customers on platform capabilities, and continuously refine agent performance based on usage patterns and feedback. Ensure customers are leveraging the full power of our Generative AI capabilities
Customer Education & Enablement: Become the expert on how our Contract AI platform works within each customer's unique environment. Train power users, create custom documentation, and develop best practices specific to their use cases. Know how to effectively guide customers toward high-value configurations while managing complexity
Success Metrics & Value Tracking: Partner with Customer Success Managers to establish and track success metrics. Build value realization dashboards and regularly communicate impact stories that demonstrate contract AI's contribution to drive revenue, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance
Product Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer to our product team. Document enhancement requests, participate in product roadmap discussions, and beta test new AI capabilities. Train internal teams on customer use cases and success patterns
Qualification
Required
Self-driven learner who loves untangling complex problems and staying current with Generative AI advancements
Able to respectfully challenge customer thinking and guide them toward transformative solutions rather than incremental improvements
Ability to craft compelling narratives around value realization, using data and metrics to demonstrate impact to executive audiences
Excellence at understanding complex business challenges and architecting creative solutions
Proven ability to build relationships with and present to General Counsels, CFOs, CIOs, and Revenue Leaders at mid-market to enterprise organizations
Managing multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining detailed documentation and hitting all success milestones
Understanding of organizational change dynamics and ability to drive adoption across legal, procurement, finance, and sales teams
Commitment to customer success over everything else, with confidence to set realistic expectations and navigate challenging situations transparently
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS environments
Proven experience designing and implementing SaaS solutions
Basic understanding of technical concepts like APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise architecture
Experience leading workshops and technical discussions with diverse stakeholder groups
Track record of driving measurable business value and ROI for customers
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer workshops and strategic sessions
Preferred
Basic understanding of how contracts work, how they're managed in organizations, and the pain points in traditional contract lifecycle management
Experience in prompt engineering, AI agent development, and understanding of Large Language Models. Comfortable experimenting with and optimizing AI solutions
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with contracts in procurement, finance, legal operations, or consulting capacity a plus
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and/or agent development a plus
Consulting experience, Law degree, Paralegal, or Legal Ops experience a plus
