Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking an SAP Analyst for their call center role, responsible for locating and tracking critical line items to support customer plant production. The Analyst will monitor urgent parts through SAP and MOBSY, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

Locating and tracking critical line items to support the customer’s plant production
Monitoring and processing hot calls for urgent parts through SAP and MOBSY
Coordinating with pickers, inventory teams, and schedulers to locate parts
Managing trailer robbing when necessary
Ensuring proper documentation for all parts sent through the Mercedes tunnel
Adhering to Schnellecke Safety Principles and standard work procedures
Using proper PPE while on the shop floor or truck yard

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to monitor and process urgent calls for critical parts
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
Physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Must wear PPE at all times on the shop floor
Ability to operate touch pads, scanners, laptops/desktops, and printers
Successful completion of mandatory drug screening and background check
