Fiber Sales Advisor
Highland Management Group is seeking an entry level Fiber Sales Advisor who is ready to take ownership of their success. In this role, you will be the expert customers rely on to navigate high-speed internet options and telecom solutions, while closing sales and helping customers choose products that match their needs.
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and identify the best fiber-based solutions
Recommend products, services, and bundled options that elevate the customer’s connectivity experience as a trusted Fiber Sales Advisor
Close sales with confidence and urgency, helping propel revenue and expand our market presence
Stay informed on all current discounts, promotions, and limited-time offers to present compelling value propositions
Overturn objections confidently, provide clarifications, and close sales with skill, professionalism, and urgency
Attend in-person and virtual team meetings designed to improve your product knowledge, refine your pitch, and sharpen your telecom skill set
Maintain detailed awareness of evolving telecom technologies to better position yourself as a top-performing Fiber Sales Advisor
Qualification
Required
Passionate about telecommunications, technology, and customer satisfaction
Possesses general knowledge of the sales cycle
Eager to meet and exceed Fiber Sales Advisor performance targets
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or client services is helpful but not required
