Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales and account management team
Forecast regional revenue, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform executive decision-making
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, pipeline development, and new business acquisitions
Manage executive-level relationships with insurers, TPAs, and self-insured organizations
Oversee account management to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion
Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong market awareness
Maintain a deep understanding of auto and property claims processes, regulatory environments, and emerging trends
Work closely with marketing to support regional campaigns, thought leadership, and lead-generation initiatives
Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for new and existing clients

Required

10+ years of sales leadership experience in insurance, claims, or related services
