Bahrain and Kuwait Patriot Program Integrator

Responsibilities
Lead proposal execution for Bahrain and Kuwait Patriot program proposals, including development of pricing at multiple proposal stages, coordinating requests for information, negotiations, and agreement (in collaboration with Contracts)
Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Global Trade, Corporate and Business policies and procedures
Control account Management (CAM) for PMO efforts
Manage Engineering Services Programs (ESM) for Bahrain and Kuwait country unique ESM programs
Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts
Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions
Support team members that are deployed to Bahrain and Kuwait
Develop and maintain partnerships with US and foreign customers
Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
Travel both domestic and international (including Bahrain and Kuwait) as needed to support the programs
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
DoD Clearance: Secret
Preferred
Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
Experience with Foreign Military Sales Programs
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract start-up packages for management review and approval
Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management
PMX certification Level 5 or the ability to become certified within 6 months of assuming the position
