Stress Analysis of Primary and Secondary Aircraft Structure
Stress Support for New Design
Stress Support to Liaison Engineering
Preparation of Stress Analysis Reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 18 years of aircraft structural analysis
Experience in the area of modification of transport category and general aviation aircraft is beneficial
Would prefer candidate to have at least 1 year of previous experience with L3Harris
Minimum of B.S. in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field of study
Classical Stress Analysis
Finite Element Analysis Using MSC/NASTRAN and PATRAN
Analysis of Aircraft Structural Repairs
Preparation of Stress Reports for Aircraft Certification
Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis
Knowledge of Commercial and Military Aircraft Certification Requirements
