Qualification
Required
Strong Fundraising and Philanthropy skills, with experience managing campaigns and securing donations
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders
Event Planning expertise, including the ability to organize and oversee fundraising events
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge of and commitment to the organization's mission and values, with the ability to work effectively in a faith-based, culturally diverse environment
