Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression
Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid 'grouping' or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit
Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution
